All products purchased from hauntexplorers.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or do not meet our condition guidelines.
